The PRIVACY of my visitors is of the utmost concern to me, and I make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of names and email addresses submitted to my mailing list. This list is for my use only, to conduct occasional mailings to announce site updates, or new products and services that I may discover.

My mailing list will NEVER be sold or intentionally revealed to anyone not directly involved with this site. In the event of a joint venture with another legitimate vendor, the vendor's product may be announced by me through my mailing list, while the mailing list itself remains in my possession.

I use "opt-in" mailing list development, which means that an e-mail address must be submitted by filling out a form on one my sites, purchasing a product through one of my sites, or through a link on one of my sites, or by requesting product information from one of my sites. In some cases, e-mail addresses may have been obtained through various traffic generation programs or affiliate programs in which the participants have agreed to have their address supplied to other participants. In all cases, you may at any time remove yourself from my mailing list with an "unsubscribe" link provided in each e-mail I send out.

I do not conduct mass mailing to persons who have not in one way or another volunteered their mailing address and/or requested information from me or from this site. I do occasionally buy "leads" from reputable leads vendors who use "opt-in" methods to compile lists or persons who have expressed an interest in receiving information about online business or internet marketing.

Persons whose email addresses are listed on my mailing list will always have the option to unsubscribe ("opt-out") at any time. An "unsubscribe" link is included in all such emails, and I respond as promptly as possible to direct requests to remove any person from my mailing list, in the event that they choose not to use the "unsubscribe" link, and instead communicate with me directly.

Communications between myself and one other individual, such as replies to product inquiries, will not contain the "unsubscribe" links, nor will those email addresses be added to my mailing lists. I consider those to be personal communications.

Use of this site is restricted to persons over the age of 18. In the event I learn that I have inadvertently collected an e-mail address of someone under the age of 18, that e-mail address will immediately be deleted from my database.

Certain identifiable information, such as the type of browser used by a visitor, or what link they followed to enter this site, or which pages within the site they visited, is logged, for the sole purpose of enhancing the experience of our visitors, and/or tracking how well certain links and page sequences work to attract visitors. Any knowledge obtained from this data is solely for the use of the site owner/administrator, and I am not aware of my "server logs" containing any personally identifiable information. In any case, if such information were available, it would not be revealed to third parties.

Most, if not all, products advertised on this site are available for purchase through "affiliate links". Collection and maintenance of information related to those sales is the exclusive responsibility of the seller.

Certain products may be available for sale directly through this site. In that event, credit card orders will be processed through reputable third parties, who use and/or offer secure connections for order processing. NO such credit card information will be collected or maintained on my site, nor at my offices, although I most likely will be informed of the names and email addresses of persons purchasing products directly from me.

This is a FREE site intended to provide you, the viewer, with information on products and services that you might find useful in starting or expanding your online business. While I take care to showcase only highest quality products from legitimate vendors, it is up to YOU make the final decision on whether to purchase any product, or follow any advice given here, or on the sites I link to.

Most vendors referenced or linked to from this site do offer some sort of "money back" guarantee. If you wish to invoke your "money back" privilege, you must do so directly with the vendor involved.

Although I can NOT be expected to get involved in dispute resolution with third parties, a significant number of complaints about any vendor or link mentioned on these pages would prompt me to consider terminating the link.
